As problems have multiplied, it’s become increasingly challenging to have an effective program. We are working on a # of changes to make things better for clients, donors, our ver partners, and us. The first change is something we quietly started weeks ago to gauge how it would work.

$𝟐𝟓 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲
Due to the high number of no-show appointments and last-minute cancellations, there is a $25 deposit per cat for all clients bringing two cats or more on the same day. Deposits will not be returned for No-Shows or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice. Clients that show up will have their full deposit returned to them the day after their cats receive surgery. Once a client receives their appointment date, they will have three days to send their deposit via Cash App, Venmo, or PayPal.
𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭
As of right now, bringing one cat does not require a deposit. Clients with multiple cats that cannot do a deposit are able to book their cats for single cat appointments instead.
𝐒𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐍𝐨-𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟐𝟒 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 Once client no-shows or cancels with less than 24 hours notice for a single cat, a deposit will be required in the future for that client, even for a single cat.
